Friends of the Library

Friends of the Library is a nonprofit advocacy organization which supports the Library. Our volunteer members advocate, educate, and raise funds on behalf of the Library, its patrons, and the community.

The Friends of the Zybell Library (FOZL) was formed in October 2006 to support the library and its board. The Friends hold occasional fundraising activities to provide additional funds for programs and services. Volunteer members offer their assistance in a variety of ways throughout the year and are a vital part of the library operation.

The Friends are also instrumental in maintaining our local history and genealogy collection. They purchased our micro-reader so that genealogists can view old newspapers and documents while visiting the library.

If you are interested in becoming a Friend of the Library, please contact the library or one of the current Friends members.
