Your Library Card

Who can get a library card, how to apply, and how to use your library card.

To get a library card at the Edna Zybell Memorial Library you will need to come in and fill out an application. If you are under the age of 14 you will need a parent or guardian to fill out and sign the application. You will need to fully understand the privileges of getting a library card. By signing the application you accept responsibility for caring for and returning the items you have just checked out.

Books may be checked out for 14 days and DVDs are loaned for 7 days. There will be a 10 cents fine for overdue library books and 25 cents a day for overdue movies.

You may renew your material by calling the library, by logging into your account through the catalog or by visiting in person.  The library also allows holds for items and these may be placed in the same manner as renewals.
